One player will Host the game (they're the white team), and another player will Join In (they're the brown team). To see the host's user name and Join In button on the board, please hit Refresh. It's not automatic.
Spaces or game pieces will light up to show you your options. This will happen when you are arranging your game pieces, doing a move or completing your turn with a push. Just click on the game piece you want to use. Then, click on the space you're moving to, or click on the game piece you're going to push (it could be the first game piece in a line of game pieces)
New Game - starts a new game with the game pieces in common starting positions. The white team arranges their pieces first. When they are finished, they press Done. Then, the brown team arranges their pieces. After the brown team presses Done, start the game. The white team always goes first.
First Move - you can move one piece, or you can press Skip It to go to the second move.
Second Move - you can move one piece, or you can press Skip It. Then, it's time for a Push.
I Lose - if you are trapped and give up, you can hit I Lose to end the game. It just saves a little time.
Save Game and Load Game - If you need to leave a game and want to come back to the game in progress, either player can save the game after completing their turn. Just use one of the seven slots that are available. If you use fill up all of the slots over time, you can save a new game on one of the slots you've already used.
When you're ready to resume the game, go through the process of hosting and joining in. Then, Load the game you were playing.
Save and Load is also valuable if one player has an interruption in their internet service. A "hiccup" could lock up the game for you or your opponent. If you see that your opponent has Disconnected, save the game and exit. Go through the process of hosting and joining in, then load the game you were playing.
Reset Score - Press this and both scores will be zero.
Replay Last Turn - If you want to see what your opponent did during his or her last turn, you can replay their entire turn. This will not work, though, for a turn that wins the game.
Display and Hide Chat - You can use the chat area to communicate with your opponent. Please be nice.
Turn On and Turn Off Water - You can have a black background, or you can have moving water.
Full Screen Mode - This is preferred by most players.
Exit Game - This takes you back to the Main Page.
Esc - you can use the Esc button on your keyboard to go back to the Window Mode (instead of Full Screen).
